How do you know if you have Leaky Gut Syndrome? You could be suffering from joint pain, digestive problems, headaches, fatigue, skin problems, diarrhea, bloating, constipation, imbalance of the flora  inside of your gut, or even lack of concentration. This can cause so many health problems. Many people have this conditions but sadly don’t know.

Certain foods can be the cause of leaky gut. You just need to know what food to avoid. I would personally say stay away from dairy.

Fermented foods such as sauerkraut can help balance your gut and a very good probiotic.

Some of the foods that may harm your gut if your have leaky gut is: dairy, artificial sweeteners, sugary drinks, alcohol. potato chips, sugary cereal, candy bars, chocolate and refined oils.

One of the main focus is to heal your gut in order to have a healthy body. 

Ways to heal your GUT:
1. Get a good amount of sleep.
2. Avoid Smoking
3. Reduce Stress levels.
4. Consume less junk food
5. Limit the intake of alcohol
6. Take a good prebiotic /probiotic
7. Have whole food such as vegetable and fruits.
8. Avoid antibiotics
9. Regular Exercise
10. Less Stress

All this plays an important roll in the well-being and your overall health.
