Green Juice Pure Superfood Powder
Before I tell you about this drink, let me first start by saying that I have always been a green juice drinker. I would go to the grocery store and purchase all sorts of green vegetables and about 4 kinds of fruits. The vegetables would always be spinach, kale, celery, parsley or a containers of mix superfood greens. The fruit would be mixed with wild berries, strawberries, oranges and bananana. This would then be chopped up and thrown into the blender with a cup of almond milk or half almond coconut milk and half water. Which ever way you prefer.
Totally delicious. By adding a frozen banana, this then becomes a yummy dessert which can be eaten as a healthy snack. Recently I found some Puratae founded by Marty and Heather Holker, husband and wife team. They have 5 kids and was looking for something quick and easy that they could have for breakfast. After much research and souring of the Best organic products, they finally developed Puratae. Puratae comes from the latin “Pure balanced life”.
